Southeast Realty Group Inc was established in 1986. The company was founded by our current CEO Steve Allen. Southeast Realty Group's main focus has been on commercial real estate. We represented Rite Aid Drug Stores Surplus Properties throughout the south for over 15 years disposing of more than 300 stores. In addition, we acted as a fee developer to build 3 stores on the eastern shore of Maryland. We are developers of both Family Dollar and Dollar General. We have built them in the southern portion of the United States revitalizing small southern towns by bringing jobs and convenience to local customers. We continue to consult, develop, build, sell and lease properties all across the South. Our company headquarters is in Juno Beach, Florida.
